Xavy has set out state of art equipments that are highly technical to bring about optimum standards. To pursue the best results we have a workstation of 30 nos of PC having 3 Internet broadband connections with a speed of 4 mbps. For the security purpose we have a power backup of UPS facilities for 24 hours as well as generator backup.

• 2 MB Leased Line access to Internet

We are currently processing 10000 lines per day. We can ramp up in the due course. Since quality is an end product for us, we commit to 99% accuracy per AHDI standards. We are capable of processing at a turnaround time of 2 hours without compromising quality.

We have been very vigilant in maintaining the confidentiality and security of the data making use of the updated technology. Every user is provided with an individual User ID and Password. We have implemented the Firewall protection in the working premises to restrict the access of internet among the employees and the usage of CD/USB drives either. And have blocked the duplication facilities of the records from the system too. We are adhering to the procedures of “Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996” (HIPAA) and our employees are bounded to the agreements of non disclosure.
